Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

We sell our products on the basis of two business models

1. Order placed on the Affiliate Website (Amazon)

In this situation, your cancellation would be based on the return policies of that Affiliate Site i.e. Amazon

Note: For Affiliate Products, we don’t have any rights/access to take your order back. So, please cancel your order on that Affiliate site.

2. Order placed on our website

For orders placed on our website, this page can be referred to for information on canceling the order, returning the product, or refund policy.

In the event, that you have made a payment and just ordered a product, but after some time changed your mind to cancel your request, in that case also we will refund back your money, and offer a store credit or exchange provided the reasons are in accord with our policies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The terms hereof shall constitute Pro Softsupplier Pvt. Ltd.’s (“Company”) cancellation and refund policy in relation to the products rendered on the Website (“Cancellation & Refund Policy”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

Cancellation & Refunds by the Company

Kindly take note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount.

Situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, technical or technological problems, or problems identified in relation to credit/debit fraud. It may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. 

We will get in touch with you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If the order is canceled by the Company after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit/debit card account.

Cancellation by the Customer

For cancellations, Pro Softsupplier Support is to be contacted by various methods mentioned under the contact us link. Please quote Request/Order Id in all communications. It is advised that the query is sent from the registered email address or registered mobile no. 

Cancellation can only be done within 1 hour of placing an order. After 1 hour, your order can’t be canceled as our support engineers are assigned your Orders and they start working on the same. 

However, in odd situations, we accept cancellation requests and refund the amount to our customers. So, always check if your request can be canceled even if it has crossed 1 hour of the time limit. 

Your order will be canceled instantly and a refund will be processed within 3 to 4 working days in your original payment method.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Return can only be done on items that are defected or got damaged during delivery. Also, the refund would be initiated only after receiving the canceled product.

Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation, you will get the full refund for the service/product except for Visit Fee & Pickup & Drop Fee if the order is canceled within 1 hour of placing the order and before the technician’s visit.

You will get a refund for the service/product except for Visit Fee & Pickup & Drop Fee if the order is canceled after technician’s visit.

In case the order is canceled after 1 hour, then Pro Softsupplier has the right to deduct the below charges from the refund amount.

Payments made through UPI/COD: No cancellation charge would be deducted.

Payments made through any other payment method: 2% of the order value.

Note: GST paid during purchase will not be refunded in late orders after 1 hour.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients. 

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services, based upon the above criteria we can provide a refund. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account as per the concerned banking policy.
